Adventurists are hiring
The Adventurists – the folks behind the Mongol Rally and other awesome adventures – are looking for someone to move to South America to head up their operations there. If you’re really keen on adventure and speak Spanish, this is certainly a chance to explore a bit and have a wild good time. I can’t seem to find anything on their website about the job, but just click ‘more’ to see the email they sent out this AM advertising the position.

South America Branch Needs You
Fancy travelling round the sweltering cities and jungles of South
America, meeting politicians and presidents, organising parties,
finding lost vehicles and generally being an international man or lady
of mystery?Adventurists HQ needs someone to head up operations in South America.
We need you to be out in South America for most of the year,
travelling between various countries wangling all manner of things for
the Mototaxi Junket. You need to be sharper than a ninja sword and able to organise
yourself out of anything. You would be dropped into all manner of
different challenges from aranging pan-governmental agreements in two
days with little more than a sharp suit to finding a Mototaxi that’s
lost in 500 square miles of rainforest. However it’s not all Ferrero
Roche and ambassadors you will also be saddled with a heap of boring
admin and emails. If you have events experience or have worked as a production manager
or something where you have to run around juggling things then it
would be an advantage but if you are the right person it is not
essential. You will also need to have travelled loads, and be able to
speak very good Spanish.Time is short too as we need you to be in Peru to work with us on the
worlds first Mototaxi Junket 10th October, only apply if you are
already packing your bags!So if you fancy joining the Independent Republic of Adventurism dust
off your pith helmet and send us an email with a CV to
jobs@theadventurists.com.
